Folkhälsan Utbildning’s CEO Tomas Järvinen leaves the company, Thomas Asp named acting CEO
Folkhälsan Utbildning Ab’s CEO Tomas Järvinen leaves his post and Folkhälsan Utbildning’s training manager Thomas Asp is named acting CEO until the end of 2026.
According to a mutual agreement, Tomas Järvinen resigns as CEO of Folkhälsan Utbildning Ab.
– Folkhälsan Utbildning is, like many other educational operators in Finland, in a challenging situation. We have agreed with Tomas that another kind of leadership is needed for the next phase in the development of the company, Samfundet Folkhälsan’s CEO Anna Hellerstedt says.
Training manager Thomas Asp, who has been working at Folkhälsan Utbildning since 2011, is named acting CEO. He knows the business well and has a strong foundation and valuable networks in the contexts where the company operates.
– I want to thank Tomas Järvinen for his good contributions during his almost seven years as CEO of Folkhälsan Utbildning, Anna Hellerstedt says.
